Eileen counsels clients on a wide range of employment and education issues, and represents both employers and employees in a range of matters, including: contract disputes, wage and hour disputes, and discrimination claims.
Eileen also assists higher education institutions in responding to and investigating reports of discrimination and sexual assault, facilitating compliance with Title IX, the Clery Act, and the Campus SaVE Act.
Prior to joining Kurker Paget, Eileen served as an intern with former Massachusetts State Senator Daniel Wolf, Senate Chair of the Labor and Workforce Development Committee, writing memoranda and researching labor and employment legal issues in proposed legislation.
While in law school, Eileen served as a judicial intern for Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Fahey. She was a member of the Northeastern University Law Review and on the executive board of the Women’s Law Caucus as well. She is a 2017 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, and in 2013 received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary.
