Paralegal Team

Our paralegals, Lily Anna Fullam and Francesca Mauro, assist with both the firm’s Title IX investigations and investigations into workplace misconduct, which typically involve allegations of discrimination, harassment, or violations of other laws governing the employment relationship. Our paralegals also assist with matters before the EEOC and MCAD and with litigation.  

Lily Anna Fullam, Senior Paralegal and Assistant Investigator

Lily graduated from Bowdoin College in 2021 with a B.A. in English. After graduation, she received a Fulbright grant and spent nine months teaching business and marketing courses at a vocational school in Galicia, Spain.

Francesca Mauro, Paralegal and Investigative Report Writer

Francesca graduated from Bowdoin College in 2022 with a B.A. in Romance Languages and Literatures. She has interned at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and The Steppingstone Foundation, an education nonprofit. After graduating from Bowdoin, Francesca spent nine months in Vigo, Spain, where she taught music and technology with a Fulbright grant.
